CISX Membership

JTC Fund Services was granted membership of the Channel Islands Stock Exchange (CISX) in March 2007 giving us the ability to sponsor all types of securities onto this exchange.

CISX has been recognised by the UK Financial Services Authority as a Designated Exchange and the US Securities and Exchange Commission as a Designated Offshore Securities Market. CISX has also received recognition from the UK’s HMRC and is an affiliate member of the International Organisation of Securities Commissions which promotes the highest levels of practice.

Following its formation in 1998, CISX can offer listing facilities for both open and closed-ended investment funds, debt instruments, primary and secondary listings of securities issued by both domestic and overseas companies and Channel Island depository receipts.
