Establishing a Fund

We understand that the launch of any fund is a time consuming and labour intensive process. JTC Fund Services provide the following services to our fund clients throughout this process:- 

• reviewing and commenting on the drafting of the fund documentation
• liaising with the regulatory authorities and submitting all the relevant applications to obtain the necessary consents, permits and licences
• appointing and liasing with the team of advisers including the investment manager, lawyers, accountants and tax professionals
• acting in the role of project manager within the team of advisers to ensure that continual progress is achieved within the required timeframe
