Listing a Fund

Access to the world’s capital markets is an attractive proposition for fund promoters and consequently more and more funds are choosing to list on the stock exchange of their choice. Our funds practice can assist with this process by:-

• working closely with the nominated advisor (or equivalent)
• reviewing the fund documentation
• ensuring that the proposed fund procedures meet the accepted regulatory standards
• advising on matters relating to corporate governance 

Our experience to date includes working with promoters to achieve listings for Jersey companies on such exchanges as the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) and the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange (LSE).
