Nigel holds a number of directorships across several business sectors in both private and quoted companies. He provides strategic direction to Jersey Trust Company Fund Services and is Chairman of the funds committee. Nigel understands the importance of effective and efficient fund administration through his engagements as a non-executive director coupled with his involvement in the development of our funds practice.
Steve has acted as the client director for a number of the funds where Jersey Trust Company has been instructed. As a qualified accountant, Steve plays an important role in overseeing all accountancy matters carried out by our funds practice and is the principal liaison with the appointed fund auditors. He also holds a number of directorships across several business sectors in both private and quoted companies and is a member of the funds committee.
Tony has been involved in the development of our funds practice and oversees the management of our fund administration teams. Working alongside his co-directors, Tony plays an active role in the formation process of new funds and as a member of our Funds Committee he is responsible for the continued development and implementation of our internal processes and procedures.
Saffron is a Director at JTC in addition to being an active member of our Funds Committee. She provides guidance to our Fund Services team in various areas and in particular to company secretarial practice for listed funds.
Miranda manages our funds administration teams which specialise in the formation of fund vehicles and the ongoing administration of structures qualifying as public and non-public collective investment funds, expert funds and others. Miranda is an active member of the funds committee.
Kenny is frequently involved at a strategic level from an accounting perspective during both the formation of fund vehicles and the ongoing fund administration. Kenny also has a pivotal role in terms of liaising with directors, investment managers and auditors to ensure that the fund accountancy and reporting requirements are being met. Kenny is a member of our funds committee.
Tracey is responsible for the management of one of our fund administration teams and is also a member of our funds committee.
Angela oversees one of our fund administration teams in our Glasgow office. Her day to day role in the administration of funds involves subscriptions and redemptions, liaising with all parties related to the fund, and taking the necessary steps in the acquisition and/or sale of fund investments. Angela is a member of our Funds Committee.
