Saffron joined Jersey Trust Company in 2000 as a Senior Trust Officer having previously worked for Strachans. She now works primarily with corporate clients setting up complex property and fund structures and is also responsible for our structured finance business.

In their spare time..
Saffron recalls with fond memories the days when she had spare time and indulged in such activities as playing tennis, redefining the golf handicap system and sampling fine cuisine and wine.
