Our team has broad experience in all aspects of property development. We work with clients and their advisers on major development, re-development and refurbishment projects, from site acquisition and financing, through to completion, development, letting and ultimately disposal.
We assist in sourcing, negotiating and managing the ongoing relationship with major lending institutions in all aspects of property financing. This includes mezzanine finance, structured finance, hedging (which can include collars, caps, floors, and swaps), syndicated lending and securitisation.
We make comprehensive assessments relating to the financial strength of potential and existing tenants throughout our properties. Taking account of the length of the leases, the maintenance of security deposit accounts and, where applicable, special retail issues, are amongst the matters which we will consider at the outset and throughout the life of the investment.
